Looking for a role where you can make a real difference every week? We’re seeking a calm, compassionate, and experienced SEND support professional to join a friendly KS1 classroom in Westerhope. You’ll be working 1:1 with amazing 7-year-old pupils with autism and global developmental delay.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 support to help pupils engage with learning
  • Collaborating with the class teacher and SEND team to deliver personalised learning
  • Supporting social, emotional, and communication development
  • Helping create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children with autism and additional needs
  • Patience, empathy, and a steady presence in the classroom
  • Ability to adapt quickly and provide consistent support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
