Job description
Protocol Education is currently looking for Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants who specialise in working with children with particulalrly difficult behaviour.

Our clients are primary schools based in the London Borough of Brent and use us on the daily basis. We are seeking to recruit individualss who would support their SEN teams. The successful candidates will need to have experience of dealing with young children with EBD, SEMH and/or ASD, ADHD.

The Candidate
You should have a demonstrable track record of success gained in your professional career to date.
Relevant skills and experiences gained within an SEN setting either in a mainstream or specialist organisation.
You should be highly professional in every aspect, be self-motivated and able to work with the minimum of supervision.
Friendly, honest, energetic, enthusiastic with a real passion for learning and meeting the individual needs of the students.
