Job description
We are seeking individuals who have a realistic understanding of specific SEN needs and are able to experiment with all aspects of Teaching and Learning whilst managing challenging behaviour effectively.

You will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, engaging, inspirational, flexible and dedicated.

Our client is a Secondary Independent School for pupils aged 10-19.

We have commitment towards safeguarding our pupils and the successful applicant will be subject to references, an enhanced DBS check and will have the ability to meet the requirements of the post specification.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching the subject across the whole school.

• Having a commitment to raising pupil achievement.

• Preparing Schemes or Work, Planning in subject areas and reporting and assessment tracking progress.

• Building positive and disciplined relationships with students.

Required experience:

• EBSD Experience: 1 year

• QTS
