Job description
Seeking 1:1 support for a SEND student!

Protocol Education are looking to recruit an experienced learning support assistant/teaching assistant/outreach worker for an ASD/SEMH student, in Clacton/Ipswich.

You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with ASD, SEMH and challenging behaviour students and therefore a desire and passion for special needs is essential.

This role is part of an alternative provision for students who have been given the opportunity to work in a specialist setting, more suitable for their needs.

This is an outreach 1:1 role and therefore the right candidate will have to own a UK driving licence.

A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.
