I am currently recruiting for a KS3/KS4 English Tutor to work with a child who has tourette's and working towards his GSCE's, this role with be tutoring english online
Tutoring plays a vital role in allowing students to "catch up" and bridge the gap created by recent school closures or that have not been in a school environment for a couple of years
This role is open to anyone with experience in teaching English or previous tutoring experience. This is an exciting role for someone to make a difference to a young person's life and see the impact from 1-1 basis
As a successful tutor you will possess:
• QTS or have relevant experience
• Have recent experience in teaching and/or tutoring good knowledge of the curriculum
• Be able to explain key concepts fluently and accurately
• Be prepared to tutor online depending on any local lockdowns/closures
• The ability to work to the school's scheme of work and provide constructive and effective feedback
• Good time management to fully utilise the sessions
