Protocol Education are in search of 1:1 youth mentor experienced in dealing with pupils with challenging behaviour for a school Lambeth.

The role is for a full-time opportunity starting in the new academic year of September, Monday to Friday, during school hours, and it will run through to the end of the academic year.

Your day to day duties will include:
-Working adults with SEMH.
-Supporting their everyday activities and any challenges that they may face.
-Coaching and mentoring young adults.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualities:
-A passion for working with Young adults with challenging behaviours.
-Previous experience of working on a 1:1 basis with individuals.
-An enhanced DBS disclosure on the Update Service, or the willingness to undertake one through us.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour from young adults and be able to show a calm approach to this behaviour.
