Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a special school in Leicestershire that are currently looking for a 1:1 LSA to work with a KS5 student will Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties.

The school provides access to the curriculum for students with a range of disabilities, including Autism spectrum disorder, Severe learning disabilities, PMLD, Hearing Impairments and Visual Impairments. This would be on a long term position with an immediate start through to the end of the academic year.

Experience working with young people with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties is desired but not essential. The role will include all aspects of personal care so experience with this would also be preferred but not essential.

Applicants must be willing to get involved in all duties in the school as well as working on a one to one with this student. The support will also extend into the community as much of the learning and development for this student takes place in the community and is about providing essential life skills for them.

This role is Term Time only and you will be required between 08:45 and 15:45.
