Job description
The Protocol Education team are currently seeking passionate, proficient and committed individuals who wish to pursue the role of a nursery room leader. You are required to have at least two years of experience working in a nursery environment and have a relevant level 3 childcare qualification. You must also hold a GCSE grade C or above in both Maths and English in order to be considered for the role.

A room leader is responsible for managing the nursery effectively and acting as an excellent role model to the nursery staff. You must be able to carry out a number of duties within the nursery including planning and leading exciting, stimulating activities for the children that are appropriate for their developmental needs. You must ensure a safe, secure environment is maintained for all staff and children under your supervision and be able to provide an extremely high standard of health and hygiene at all times.

Are you willing to be flexible with working hours and nursery shift patterns?
