After an induction period you will be required to be a ‘Key Person’ for a group of children which will involve writing observations and filling in related paperwork (each child’s ‘learning and development story’ needs to be kept up-to-date as well as termly reviews for each child, contributions to the weekly planning and meetings with parents).
