With an explosion of nursery clients in Cambridgeshire. I am looking for dynamic and positive nursery staff; both qualified and not. We have many nursery staff positions across Cambridgeshire including - Huntingdon, Peterborough, Duxford, Cambridge, Ely and Newmarket. We have many roles available such as - Nursery Nurses, Nursery Roomleaders, Nursery Playworkers, Assistants and also recruiting for breakfast and after school clubs.
We are recruiting for enthusiastic and fun individuals who are motivated and has a passion for child care. Ensuring that all children attending are receiving a high quality of care with stimulating play activities. The ideal candidates must have great organisational and communication skills. Building strong rapports with children, parents/carers and collegues is paramount. This role would be a great opportunity for someone wanting to work flexible hours, meeting industry professions through working in different nursery settings and gaining valuable experience within the sector.
You should be highly trustworthy and attentive to children’s needs. Talking to and interacting with the children, keeping a watchful eye on the children's behaviour, encouraging shy children to participate and maintaining discipline. You do not always need formal qualifications to start training as a nursery worker, although a good standard of general education, such as GCSEs, including English and maths, would be helpful

Previous child care experience preferred
Providing a safe and secure environment for all children
Ensuring all the children reach their individual developmental stages
Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, parents and carers
Contributing to planned programmes of activities for suitable to the age ranges
Keeping records of achievements on file of the children, for parents/carers
NVQ 2 qualified (not essential)
First Aid qualified (not essential)
