Job description
Do you have a NVQ Level 2/3 qualification? Are you passionate about working with children?

We are currently recruiting for a range of fantastic local nurseries in Peterborough. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge and previous experience in the Early Years Foundation Scheme and be able to implement these during daily activities. Safeguarding children, ensuring excellent high quality childcare and planned activities appropriate to the age and development of the children is paramount at all times. Previous managing experience is important as it is part of your role to supervise staff and children in training and maintain a proactive and professional team.

This role:

 Good interpersonal skills

 Ensuring children get the best start in life by having close relationships with parents/carers to develop independence, confidence and self-esteem

• Level 3 Qualification (NNEB, CACHE or NVQ) or a relevant degree.

• Experience of working in an early years setting.

 First Aid qualified

 Insuring routines are being followed and run smoothly

 Providing a high standard of health and hygiene
