Job description
Protocol Education is working on behalf of a fantastic nursery in Wilmslow who are currently seeking a full time Room Leader to manage a room of 3 staff. You will be working with children from 2-3 years and will be required to complete developmental records, plan for your key children, take responsibility for the whole room and settle children in to the setting.

The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework 2014, Ofsted requirements and Safeguarding and Welfare requirements. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Room Leaders, who can work as a team.

You must have:

• Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in early years
• Knowledge of the needs of children under 3 in a nursery setting
• Excellent communication skills, to be able to communicate effectively with both children and adults
• Paediatric First Aid (or be willing to undertake this)
