The Role

‍ We're Looking For Someone Who:

• ✨ Has a Level 1, Level 2 or ideally a Level 3 EYFS Qualification
• ✨ Has previous nursery or early years experience
• ✨ Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's development
• ✨ Understands safeguarding and the importance of a safe learning environment
• ✨ Can support learning through play, routines and purposeful activities
• ✨ Builds warm and trusting relationships with children and families
• ✨ Works effectively as part of an early years team
• ✨ Is patient, reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic

⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:

• Provide high-quality care and engaging learning experiences
• Support children's communication, physical, social and emotional development
• Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journals
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive setting
