Nursery Practitioner – Baby Room & Toddler Room
Dunmow / Chelmsford Area | Flexible Hours | 4-Day Working Week
Are you passionate about Early Years and looking to join a warm, friendly, and supportive nursery team?
We are currently recruiting for experienced Nursery Practitioners to work within both the Baby Room and Toddler Room at a welcoming nursery in the Dunmow/Chelmsford area. Whether you're Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, or an unqualified practitioner with relevant nursery experience, we'd love to hear from you.
This opportunity offers the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful 15-week placement through Protocol Education.
Shift Patterns Available
- Full-time, 4-day working week
- Flexible working options available
- Shifts between 7:30am – 6:00pm
- Part-time applicants will also be considered

- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for EYFS and supporting children's development
- A caring, energetic, and nurturing approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships
- Commitment to providing a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
