As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment rooted in EYFS principles
Observe, assess, and contribute to planning within the EYFS framework
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Promote inclusion, curiosity, and confidence through high-quality EYFS practice
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (Level 3 desirable)
A genuine passion for early years and the EYFS
Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
A desire to make a positive difference in children’s lives
