The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS curriculum

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment rooted in EYFS principles

• Observe, assess, and contribute to planning within the EYFS framework

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Promote inclusion, curiosity, and confidence through high-quality EYFS practice

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (Level 3 desirable)

• A genuine passion for early years and the EYFS

• Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding

• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach

• A desire to make a positive difference in children’s lives
