Nursery Nurses needed to work in SEND
Have you got experience working in Nurseryies?
Do you enjoy helping children progress their social and fine motor skills?
Have you had previous experience with any children with mild or severe special education needs or disabilities?
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with early years and primary SEND students in a school in Southwark. The school prides itself in creating a safe space and enjoyable learning environment for pupils with additional needs. You will join a supportive team of professionals and work in a learning support capacity for the students.
-Working on a 1:1 and small-group basis with special needs pupils
-3-5 days a week, from 8am to 4pm, on a long-term basis
-Assisting pupils with disabilities ranging from, challenging behaviour, SEMH, autism and so on.
Successful candidates will have:
-An enhanced DBS disclosure on the Update Service
-A CACHE Level 3 qualification
-Previous experience of working in a nursery/ school setting
-Passion for working in special needs
-Competitive pay package

-Flexibility of working when you are available
