Job description

In the Borough of Brent, Protocol is working exclusively with private Nurseries with children aged from 6 months – 5years.

Together, we are on the hunt for experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse/Early Years Key Workers with a vast amount of knowledge and the ability to cover across the ages

To be considered, you must be:

o An experienced Early Years worker/Level 3 Nursery Nurse.

o An excellent practitioner who is dedicated to raising the attainment of all pupils.

o Able to promote equal opportunities in the classroom.

o Equipped with excellent behaviour and classroom management.

o Able to think and plan strategically.

o Able to support pupils at a consistently good and outstanding level.

o Equipped with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and pupils.

o Special Educational Needs experience is preferable.
