Job description
Early Years Practitioner/ Nursery Nurse Needed Private sector

Protocol Education are currently seeking creative and well-organized Early Years professionals to work in their wide spectrum of Private Nursery settings. Professionals interested in these posts should have experience and qualifications within this sector e.g. CACHE Level 3 or equivalent. They must have Nursery experience of preparation of activities, ensuring all learning abilities are met, challenged and assessed, demonstrate a clear understanding of moderation and the attainment levels involved and ideally have some knowledge of statutory requirements within the Early Years. The Nurseries have strong ethics of working together as a team to support the needs of all staff and children so if this is a position you would be interested in please contact Sophie on the below link.

The ideal candidate will be/have:
* At least 12 months experience within a similar setting
* CACHE Level 3 or above
* A positive approach to working with children aged 0- 5 years
* The ability to build good relationships with staff and children
* Enthusiasm and the ability to engage pupils through effective learning
