Job description
Protocol Education are working in partnership with a chain of nurseries in the Bristol area. We are recruiting for 5 candidates for full time positions to start as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity as the nursery have a history of promoting from within and with a number of sites across Bristol this presents a fantastic opportunity for career progression.

The practitioner would be solely responsible for 10 key children within a 3-4 year old room, therefore the successful candidate would need great knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFS). In addition have the ability to provide young children with activities which would help to promote their development in a range of areas such as emotional, social and physical.

It is a large nursery which requires the suitable member of staff to be flexible and able to adapt under pressure as you may be required to work with a different age range on a weekly basis. So having experience with babies through to 5 year olds would be another necessity for this role.

Requirements for this specific role are:

Up to date DBS (within the last 12months) or a DBS on the Update service.

2 references within the last 3 years (one most recent, one from an education setting)

Be an excellent, passionate practitioner who is committed to promoting the welfare of children

To hold recognised childcare qualification at a Level 3 minimum (or equivalent)
