Job description
Job Summary

Protocol Education are looking for qualified Early Years Educators for their established nurseries in Surrey.

For the qualified positions minimum Level 2 Childcare Qualification required, with starting pay up to £18,500.
For the qualified positions minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification required, with starting pay up to £22,500.

You must love working with children and there is opportunity for career progression.

DBS checks will be conducted and paid for by the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

The role entails contributing to a high-quality caring environment for children, creating a friendly and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally through individual attention and group activities. Duties will include working with the children to meet the requirements of the EYFS framework and working as part of the team.

Developing professionally is a key part of your role and we will support you with providing training that is deemed appropriate by the manager and/or to meet your individual needs and wishes and in liaison with your mentor and manager. Training will be given and there are opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants must have a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Applicants must enjoy working with children and demonstrate a keen interest in learning and developing.
