Job description
A lovely school based in the London borough of Newham is looking for Primary teacher with Art as a specialism to start from September 2019.

The school are a progressive, forward-thinking and values-driven primary school. From the moment you walk through the door, you will get a sense of how they have created a happy and vibrant learning community for children and staff alike.

The candidate must be confident and have good knowledge of planning, good behavioural management skills and assessment within the National Curriculum.

The school needs someone who;

• Strong and ready for the challenge and commitment of taking on the class full time
• Experienced in supporting the development of children who find learning challenging
• Has the confidence and initiative to introduce new ideas to help children to make significant progress
• Can encourage children to enjoy their time at school, raise their aspirations and to try hard at everything they do

Requirements for role:

• Must hold QTS and experience of teaching Art as a specialism
• A passion and love for teaching
• Creative and an energetic personality
• Highly commitment to the role
