Job description
Nursery Nurse required

My client are a busy nursery that is at the heart of the local community. The strong staff team have worked hard to ensure the best care is given to the children whilst ensuring that fun is had by all. It has a large well resourced garden and light and airy rooms for the children to play in. I am currently looking for a Nursery Nurse to join my clients lovely setting. As a Nursery Nurse your day-to-day tasks would include:

•Working as part of a team and using your initiative and imagination to generate new ideas

•Ensuring the Nursery runs smoothly whilst having enthusiasm and passion for providing high quality care

•Using your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with parents, children and welcome visitors to the Nursery

•Looking after children from 3 months to 5 years

•Planning, implementing and evaluating a curriculum appropriate to age and individual needs of the children ensuring the room layout supports these aims

•Having lots of fun!

You will need:

•A NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or equivalent

•A good understanding of the EYFS and to be able to use this to plan activities for the children
