Job description
Nursery Nurse’s (CASHE Level 2/3) with previous nursery setting experience are required for a long-term deputy manager position available within an independent nursery in Becontree, which is based in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

The post will require support of children, aged 0-8 years within the nursery. You will need to be flexible, have enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and the ability to work with small groups on specific programmes if required. You will need to be an individual who could follow the nursery’s aim of providing high quality childcare in an inspiring, safe and secure environment to help children achieve their full potential in all areas of development.

For this role it is important that you can deal with flexible working hours. Shift times can vary at this nursery and staff are often required to work from 9am - 6pm. It is important your time-keeping skills and your work ethic are strong for this role. The nursery is looking for someone who they can develop and train as their time there goes on. If you are looking for a role where you can learn and progress this will be ideal.

Barking and Dagenham is a great location, conveniently located in North East London – 30 minutes from Central London.
