Job description
Are you a qualified Nursery Nurse with an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification?
Are you currently looking for long term or flexible work within a Nursery or Pre-School setting in Redbridge ?

If you are looking for a new nursery role or the opportunity to kick start your career, we have a number of lovely Nurseries and Early Years settings who offer a strong team, values, fantastic resources and play areas. We are recruiting for Summer Work Nursery Cover at the moment too.

Are you currently working in one setting as Bank Staff? Would you prefer to work in a range of different settings and have the opportunity to maximise the hours you are offered?

We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic candidate who has a genuine drive to be successful and be a part of the Early Years learning journey. As a level 3/level 2 Nursery Nurse you will have a very good understanding of the EYFS. Experience of key working, observing, planning and report writing is desirable, however support will be offered to a newly qualified Nursery Nurse.

Most Nurseries open between 7am-7pm and shifts offered will vary, but always fall within these hours.

Nursery Assistants/Nurses need to hold a relevant child care qualifications such as:

*Level 2 or 3 Certificate for the Children and Young People's Workforce

*Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development

*Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Early Years Care and Education

* CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education

* BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development

* NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development


Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
