Currently, we are on the hunt for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse/Early Years Key Worker who would take a responsibility of a Room Leader in a 'GOOD' (Ofsted) Nursery in Willesden. You ideally will have a previous senior leadership/supervising experience and amount of knowledge and the ability to work with children of pre-school age. The working hours vary from 7.30-4.30pm (earliest shift) to 9-6pm (latest shift). This is a long term position for initial period of 12 weeks, and if all goes well, the Nursery would ideally would like to take the candidate on a permanent-based contract.
To be considered, you must be:
o An experienced Early Years worker/Level 3 Nursery Nurse.
o An excellent practitioner who is dedicated to raising the attainment of all pupils.
o Able to promote equal opportunities in the classroom.
o Equipped with excellent behaviour and classroom management.
o Able to think and plan strategically.
o Able to support pupils at a consistently good and outstanding level.
o Equipped with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and pupils.
o Special Educational Needs experience is preferable.
