Job description
This nursery nurse role is perfect for someone with who is caring, happy, is driven to developing children and has experience with all age group. As a level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your will be based in a room ensuring ratio requirements are met daily, with key children whom you would be responsible for in ensuring activities are challenging, fun with a learning aim for each individual child. As part of your role you will be keeping a safe, fun and happy enviroment. As well as e learning and council run courses we offer you access to a large pool of resources, great in-house training to support your ongoing professional development, there is also the opportunity for promotion within the company at one of four branches. Regular reviews and supervisions are held termly with an open-door policy for all your queries.

Your day-to-day tasks as a Nursery Practitioner will include:

Setting up, planning and performing activities.
Performing observations on key children and extending their development.
To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education.
To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with your team in line with the EYFS.
All Applicants will be required to an enhanced DBS.
