We are currently looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Nurses for a lovely nursery based in the Leicestershire area. 

This role will be to start as soon as possible and the preferable working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, this is a long term permanent role!

 

To be successful in this role, you must be either Level 2 or Level 3 qualified. Whilst working as nursery nurse your job will be to care for the children by ensuring their personal and social needs are met.

You must be passionate about caring for children aged 0 - 5 years and have some experience ( even as a course placement or vouluntary we will accept) working in a nursery nurse job within a nursery or school setting.

 

The successful candidates will need a positive attitude, enthusiasm and the ability to interact with young children and be a team player.

Key attributes required of the Nursery Nurse/early years role include:

• Experience of planning activities

• A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum

• Proven experience of providing childcare for ages 0-5 to a high professional standard is essential

• Experience of observing, monitoring and recording the development of children

• Commitment and flexibility

• Good knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures and practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
