I am looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our team and help out at Nurseries who are in need of support in their area. In this role you will be acting as a Nursery Supply Nurse. The number of Nurseries who are in need of this support is growing which means there is a lot of work available, and what is even better is that the work we offer you is completely flexible around you (providing you are available up to 3 times a week, flexible between 8am-6pm). Requirements
• A level 3 in a Child Care qualification
• Experience in working in a nursery previously (2 year minimum)
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety and hygiene
• Have an up to date DBS
• Great understanding of Child safeguarding and protection

The role
• Helping to create a safe, fun and engaging environment for the children
• Keeping track of each child's individual progress throughout the day
• Helping children with mealtimes (snacks, food and drink)
• Adaptable and willing to fit into a new Nursery setting, happy to help out where the help is needed
• Assisting children with general life skills including hygiene, manners and safety

As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £40.00.
