Protocol Education requires Nursery Nurse’s to work at a variety of mainstream primary schools in Stafford covering daily supply. The Nurseries we support require staff on a daily basis so once registered we will book you in on the days you are available. Previous experience caring for children aged 0-5 years is essential.
In order to be successful for this role you must have:
An understanding of the EYFS.
An understanding of the Early Learning Goals.
Have experience working with SEN children
Assess the individual learning needs of pupils
Positively manage challenging behaviour
Liaise with parents, carers and other professionals who work with the children
Work with teachers to find bespoke and individualised child centred education to help engage the children
Work with children in small groups and on a one to one basis
