Type - Full time, permanent
Salary - £25,000-27,000

I'm working on behalf of nursery looking for a new Nursery Manager. They are looking for someone who is keen to develop and progress in their career. The nursery is in a fantastic location and is only a short walk from Buckhurst Hill train station.

This is a full time position and is office based with flexibility to support the teams in the rooms when necessary. The role consists of an 8-6pm shift with an early week of 730-430 one week a month, and you will have the support of the Nursery's Deputy.

The right applicant must be qualified with a relevant Level 3 qualification and have appropriate experience in a previous leadership position. As Manager you will have excellent knowledge of the current curriculum and will work well with all age groups.

Your role as Nursery Manager will include:
• Managing the smooth running of the nursery
• Promoting positive and effective relationships with all parents, children and colleagues within your team
• Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
• Leading the staff team to deliver high quality practice within the nursery
• Office based duties including parent enquiries, recruitment, staffing and general admin duties.
