Job description
A fantastic opportunity has become available within one of our settings in Westminster; if you are keen to develop and progress in your career then this could be the right role for you.

This Management position is working full time and is office based with flexibility required to support the teams in the rooms when necessary. The role consists of a split shift system where you will share the 7am-4pm and 9pm-6pm shifts with the Deputy Manager, who is established in the role and able to support you.

The right applicant must be qualified with a relevant Level 3 qualification and have appropriate experience in a previous leadership position. As Manager you will have excellent knowledge of the current curriculum and will work well with all age groups.

Your role as Nursery Manager will include:
• Managing the smooth running of the nursery
• Promoting positive and effective relationships with all parents, children and colleagues within your team
• Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
• Leading the staff team to deliver high quality practice within the nursery
• Office based duties including parent enquiries, recruitment, staffing and general admin duties.

(Start date January 2018 - support and training will be provided)
