Job description
I'm working on behalf of nursery looking for a new Nursery Manager. They are looking for someone who is keen to develop and progress in their career.

This is a full time position and is office based with flexibility to support the teams in the rooms when necessary. The role consists of an 8-6pm shift with an early week of 730-430 one week a month, and you will have the support of the Nursery's Deputy.

The right applicant must be qualified with a relevant Level 3 qualification and have appropriate experience in a previous leadership position. As Manager you will have excellent knowledge of the current curriculum and will work well with all age groups.

Your role as Nursery Manager will include:
•Managing the smooth running of the nursery
•Promoting positive and effective relationships with all parents, children and colleagues within your team
•Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
•Leading the staff team to deliver high quality practice within the nursery
•Office based duties including parent enquiries, recruitment, staffing and general admin duties.

Start date November 5th 2018 support and training will be provided.
