Job description
Our client, a family run, Ofsted registered day nursery based in Romford, is looking to appoint a Nursery Manager.

Situated just 0.2 miles from Romford Main Line Station which is less than a 2 minute walk, the nursery is accessible from both Essex and London.

The staff at this nursery believe that close personal attention for each individual child is essential to their development and as such place great importance on building positive relationships with the children and close working relationships with parents.

Their aim is that every child feels "at home" in a friendly caring and stimulating environment.
The nursery is open plan and very well resourced with freely accessible toys and resources to enable the children to choose what they want to play with and when, which helps to build their confidence and independence. In addition set activities in this room are planned to cater for all age ranges as well as for each individual child's needs and interests.

The nursery is open between the hours of 7.30am 6.30pm with staff working 42.5 hours per week; either 9am 6.30pm or 7.30am 5pm on a weekly rota.

If you hold a Level 3 nursery Nurse qualification or the equivalent and would like to be part of a committed, dynamic and positive team, please get in touch.
