My client is in search for a Nursery Deputy Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic, motivated and has been in a similar role for at least a year. The role is to provide professional leadership and management of the nursery and to have a keen passion for Early Years and a strong understanding of the EYFS.

Looking for someone who has/ can:
  • A good understanding of Ofsted guidelines and welfare requirements
  • A detailed understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
  • Provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of all children
  • Acquire and maintain positive working partnerships with staff, parents and carers
  • Monitor children's learning and development, review and analyse records and plan for their next steps
  • A positive outlook and supportive nature
  • Contribute to a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures and undertake a shared responsibility for cleanliness and health and safety throughout the nursery

  • Management: 1 year (Required)

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or above

  • £100 for 100% attendance each term
