My client is in search for a Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic, motivated and has been in a similar role for at least a year. The role is to provide professional leadership and management of the nursery and to have a keen passion for Early Years and a strong understanding of the EYFS.

Good knowledge and understanding of Ofsted guidelines
A detailed understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
To Provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of all children
Acquire and maintain positive working partnerships with staff, parents and carers
Keeping records on children and planning for their next steps
Having a positive outlook and supportive nature
Contribute to a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Ensure appropriate planning and assessment is accurately maintained
Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is provided to all children, parents and staff
Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures and undertake a shared responsibility for cleanliness and health and safety throughout the nursery

Experience:
Management: 3 years (Preffered)
Childcare: 4 years (Preferred)

Qualification:
Minimum Level 3 in Childcare
