Job description
Protocol are working in partnership with Nurseries in and around Essex, who have part time, full time, flexible temporary and permanent vacnancies availble with immediate starts. The Nurseries are ideally looking for Nursery Practitioners holding a minimum of level 2 child care qualification, though equivalent or transferable childcare experience will be considered.

Protocol are seeking Nursery Practitioners who are dedicated and passionate child care professionals, willing to grow in a new environment and a positive can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
-To maintain childrens profiles, registers and other paperwork
-Work closely with parents/carers as partners to build good relationships and offering support when necessary
-To work as part of a team providing a safe, stimulating and educational environment for the children to learn, play and develop
-To complete observations on allocated key children
-Key person, taking overall responsibility for your children's care, welfare and learning, observations and EYFS
-Use observations to complete termly achievement reports to share with parents/carers
