Job description
Protocol Education are working with a nursery based in Hyde Park who are looking for a chef to join their team. You will be required to work 40 hours a week between the shifts of 9-5. The successful candidate is someone who is open minded and has experience cooking in a school kitchen.

Ideally you will:

- Have previous experience of working in a School Nursery or School Classroom setting.
- Previous expereince as a chef
- Be open minded
- Have good communication skills with staff, children and parents.
- Be able to work as part of a team, but also use initiative and self- direction when needed

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
