Job description
Working as a Nursery Nurse or Nursery Assistant is a rewarding career as each day brings new and interesting challenges. Working closely with children you are presented with the opportunity to have a positive contribution in the development and encouragement of children to reach their full potential through a range of fun activities.

I am currently seeking unqualified and Level 2 or 3 qualified Nursery Nurses/Assistants/Practitioners to work in a variety of Nurseries in Harrow. Temporary/Supply work hours and days can vary but the flexibility is a great opportunity to fit your work around your other commitments!

Requirements you will require to be considered for this role are:

-Engaging and creative approach
-Ability to use your own initiative
-Able to work flexible hours
-6months experience of looking after children
-Willingness to follow instructions and contribute to team ideas
-Uphold the safety of children within your care
-Proactively engage in fun, nurturing activities for the children
-Hold a valid enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
