Job description
Protocol Education are excited to be working closely with a local Nursery based in Cambridge. The nursery is currently seeking a fully qualified Level 2 in Early Years Care & Education.

My Client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced nursery assistant to join their team on a full/part time basis. You will be able to help children develop in the early stages of their life and help build the foundation to their learning. You will need to be flexible, have enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and the ability to work with small groups on specific programmes if required. You will need to be an individual who could follow the nursery’s aim of providing high quality childcare in an inspiring, safe and secure environment. To help children achieve their full potential in all areas of development.

The successful candidate should have experience working within a nursery, take pride in their support and care for young children and maintain the rich learning environment the school offer. In return the nursery offer staff a welcoming and vibrant working environment, and with the help of senior leadership staff are offered development and training to progress their careers internally.

The Role -

 NVQ Level 2 qualified minimum

 Previous child care and Early Years Care experience

 First Aid qualified (not essential)
