NTP Tutor vacancy

Protocol Education is seeking to recruit qualified Maths teachers or Maths tutors who are interested in providing NTP tuition on a 1:3 basis at a school in Newcastle-under-Lyme from January onwards. Please note this is face to face tuition, so you must be local to the areas.

As an NTP provider, we have had an increased demand in tuition to support children within schools based around catch up. We are looking for teachers who are able to work with KS3 and 4 and work will be in Maths.

The rate of pay is excellent for the role, we can pay between £25-£35 per hour via PAYE.

Once we have registered you, our NTP team will talk you through the next steps, including completing the relevant modules to provide NTP tuition and ensure we have you working within this school.


In order to apply for this role you must have the following:

- Reference information for the last five years & QTS Qualification
- Currently or recently been working in the UK
- Teaching or Tuition experience at GCSE Level in Maths
- Willingness to work with a small group or on a 1:1 basis with students that need additional support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
