Job description
Calling all NQTs.

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Primary NQTs based in Wakefield for both KS1 and KS2 positions in a local 2 form entry school. As an NQT you will quickly become part of a highly successful team of staff where you will work alongside your year group partners and teaching assistants to plan, assess and implement the best provision which will result in all children making continuous improvements.

The ideal candidates should:

• Have the ability to build rapport with parents, staff and children

• Support pupils to make progress through providing rich and personalised experiences

• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Be confident in behavioural management

• Have completed a UK degree with a teaching qualification i.e PGCE
