Job description
Are you an NQT or fully qualified Secondary History teacher looking to broaden your teaching experience and gain new skills, or perhaps your are now looking for more of a work:life balance and feel supply work is the best option for you?

We need Qualified History Teachers in Leicester and Leicestershire to teach in Secondary schools for day to day cover and long term/permanent positions from September.
Becoming a supply teacher with Protocol Education often leads to our teachers being invited back to the schools they work in for regular supply work, longer term roles and even permanent positions providing them with varied and enriching experiences all whilst providing more of a work:life balance. We can negotiate the right package for you when it comes to long term and permanent roles for September meeting and often exceeding our teachers' expectations.

Is it for me?

  • Do you hold QTS or equivalent at Secondary level and specilaise in the delivery of History/Humanities?
  • You must be a clear and confident communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils
  • Be flexible in receiving work on a day to day basis (at least 3 days per week) or on a longer term basis up to 5 days per week
  • Have access to your own transport (desirable but not essential)
  • Must be reliable, efficient and trustworthy
