Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Primary NQTs based in Wakefield to join Protocol, where you will quickly become part of a highly successful team of staff.

Job description:

As an NQT you will work alongside your year group partners and teaching assistants to plan, assess and implement the best provision which will result in all children making continuous improvements and raising standards.

The ideal candidate should:

• Ability to build rapport with parents, staff and children

• Support pupils to make progress through providing rich and personalised experiences

• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Be confident in behavioural management

• Have completed a UK degree with a teaching qualification i.e PGCE
