Job description
An amazing opportunity has arisen to work at a school in Gravesend throughout the Primary Key Stages, if you are an NQT looking for your first post this is the perfect opportunity for you to start and develop a career at a good, supportive school.

We are looking for lively, enthusiastic, hardworking and creative NQTs to join our teaching team. We offer you a successful mentoring programme, planning with experienced year group colleagues and the expertise of strong middle and senior leaders. If you have had successful teaching practices and strive to be an outstanding teacher then this is the right place for you. The school has endless opportunities as a vast amount of previous NQTs have progressed to leadership roles.

The school is a two/three form entry school which is looking to expand and is on the path of creating something special, their aim is to make the school an Outstanding Community school where all children achieve highly and learning is fun. They have been delighted with the results they have achieved so far: all the pupils made good progress in their learning with some making Outstanding progress and had very pleasing SATs results.

Start date for these roles are September 2016 on a full time basis

We can offer the successful candidate an opportunity:

* to play a pivotal role in developing excellent practice through a creative, engaging and stimulating curriculum

* to work with children with good behaviour, who are motivated and keen to learn

* to work within a supportive, friendly team

Employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS and references.
