Job description
Newly Qualified Teacher(s)

Barking and Dagenham is on the banks of the River Thames and just 9 miles from the capital's West End, with its theatres and tourist attractions, and yet is just a few minutes' drive from the green Essex countryside.

There are excellent transport links with easy access to the continent from south and east coastal main airports, the Channel Tunnel and London's main airport and it's close to the M25 and M11, connecting to places like Cambridge, Colchester and the Medway towns, all within an hour's drive.

Two main-line British Rail routes to London cross the Borough, including a major station at Barking. There are five London Underground stations and Barking and Dagenham is one of the last remaining London boroughs offering a range of affordable housing for those wanting to get on the housing ladder and reasonable rents for those wanting to save.

The local authority is constantly working to serve the culturally diverse community. As a NQT in the borough you can be part of that community whilst learning skills for your future education career.

To be considered for a role you will need to have:

- UK QTS
- Be available to commit to a full time position
- Able to plan and deliver creative & engaging lessons
- Be passionate and above all focused on offering pupils the best educational start possible

Please apply now to be considered and complete our short online application form. Protocol Education is an Equal Opportunities Employer. We are committed to the promotion of diversity and equal opportunity, as an employer and in the delivery of our services.
