Early careers teacher – Darlington

The Role

As a Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential Key Stage 5 teaching for suitable candidates
• Plan and deliver lessons that develop confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students and ensure strong progress
• Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and raise attainment
• Build positive relationships with pupils while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive Maths department that shares best practice and celebrates success
