Job description
New opportunities for SEN trained and Learning support Assistants.

Protocol Education are currently looking for enthusiastic, proactive LSA's to work within our schools in Hackney

We work with a number of SEN schools, PRU's and academies that currently have vacancies for the new year and as a result are now actively seeking new LSA support staff. Successful applicants will be expected to work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis in friendly, supportive environments. Working under the guidance of your teachers you will be expected to follow the lesson plans given and ensure that your students are completing the tasks that are set.

Desirable Previous Experience:

Autsim
Challenging behaviour
Multiple Learning disabilities
Severe Learning disabilities
ADHD
EAL

As stated previous experience within these areas would be plus, however LSA's who lack experience but have a genuine interest in SEN are more than welcome to apply. More than anything we would like applicants who are able to demonstrate enthusiasm, dependability, confidence and the versatility to tailor their approach to each class they are helping in.
