Music Teacher required on a supply basis within a local Secondary school.

We are seeking an inspiring Teacher of Music to teach students within the Teesside area. The school excels in creating an exciting and positive environment for their students to thrive in.

We ask our teachers to plan for a rigorous learning experience in which knowledge is broken down into manageable chunks and is able to engage students with their education. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Music

  • Experience of teaching KS3-KS4 and experience of teaching at GCSE grade

  • A comprehensive understanding of the research and cognitive science behind what makes effective teaching

  • The desire to forge strong relationships with colleagues and willingness to collaborate for the benefit of all students and staff

Due to the nature of the role we ask for at least 3 days availability Monday-Friday 0830-1600.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
