Protocol Education are currently working with a school in Brentwood that are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher and musician to lead their Music department and extra-curricular music. They are looking for someone to join them in January but this could be negotiated. 

 

You will have knowledge and experience to teach Music GCSE and A Level to the highest level, in addition to running a diverse range of ensembles.  The ability to play the piano to a good standard in order to accompany students is very important.

 

You will join a department committed to achieving the highest possible standards in both academic and extra-curricular Music.  This post will provide the opportunity to inspire and lead musically motivated students through the school’s rich programme of opportunities as you contribute to the busy extra-curricular life at their school, as well as the regular liturgies.

 

We are looking for:

-          A teacher with experience in developing and implementing teaching and learning strategies across KS3 to KS5.

-          Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
