The Role

As a Music Teacher, you will:

• Teach Music across KS3 and KS4
• Deliver engaging practical and theory lessons that inspire creativity and musical confidence
• Develop students' performance, composition and listening skills
• Encourage participation from students of all abilities
• Create an inclusive classroom where every student feels confident to perform and express themselves
• Work collaboratively within a successful Performing Arts department
• Contribute to concerts, performances, productions, choirs and extracurricular music activities

We're Looking For

• Qualified Music Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
• ECTs looking for a supportive start to their teaching career
• Strong classroom practitioners with excellent subject knowledge
• Teachers who can inspire creativity, confidence and a love of music
• Educators who build positive relationships while maintaining high expectations
• Experience leading or supporting extracurricular music activities is desirable but not essential
